Frank Myers has 30 years of experience in a variety of management positions as a civil engineer. A program manager and master planner with expertise in design, project/contract performance, construction of road, pavement, drainage, water purification, sanitation, soil project, structural design of post tensioned slabs, lateral analysis, construction quality control, traffic signal design and installation and facilities manager. Skilled in project management, planning, design, and construction management of large, medium, and small-scale Public and Private projects and civil engineering projects with a strong background working Federal projects specializing in Corps of Engineer's construction. These projects have required an expertise in areas of project management, land surveying, soils engineering, concrete design, asphalt design, masonry design, retaining walls, computer aided design, and construction surveillance. He has participated at varying levels of responsibility on projects in the local, state, federal, and international arenas.
As a retired Colonel, Frank Myers is a veteran of the first Gulf War. He has twice been the commander for a RED HORSE Squadron (Air Force heavy construction), held the highest position as a Civil Engineering Reserve Officer as the Chief of Readiness for the Air Force Reserve in charge of over 5,000 Reserve engineers.
